With 15+ years of teaching experience, I’m here to guide you on a journey to build strength, mobility, and confidence in your body. I’m a certified E-RYT 500 and YACEP yoga instructor, passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and show up for yourself both on and off the mat. I believe yoga is a practice for life: slowing down, finding our breath, being present, trusting the process, and creating balance through it all—no matter where you’re starting from.
