This was my very first class and I was super thrilled at how thorough JB was with describing how the poses are to feel, making it easier to make sure I was on par. My next class will be another JB Yoga class!
Except for Saturdays, I rarely get to attend JB’s live classes, so I’m so grateful for this on-demand option. She’s always a 5-star instructor. The pacing, her soothing voice, and her grounded approach. Every session, whether an hour or a half-hour, is time well spent.
Loved the class! You kept it at a level that anyone can follow, even a beginner yogi like me! The cues were clear, the flow felt smooth, and I left feeling stronger, stretched, and energized. Can’t wait for the next one!
I am amazed at what my body can do. I feel so empowered after taking your class!! All the sweat and at the end of the class… feeling like yay I did it! I like that you add on in each flow and challenge us to dig deeper as we move through the practice. It keeps my mind focused on what I’m doing in the moment and not what lies ahead in my day.

I was able to translate all the benefits of my Yoga practice at work. A patient fell in the public bathroom and others were unable to climb under to unlock. I was able to Chaturanga under the door to unlock for nursing to assess!!!
That was EXACTLY what I needed. My lower back has been “blocked” (for lack of a better word) for a few days. I even took a complete break on Thursday. This session really released a lot of tension - THANK YOU!!
I love just getting on the mat and focusing on how I I can move my body in challenging ways. My balance has really improved since I’ve been doing yoga with JB. And power yoga is definitely a workout too!
I recommend JB's power yoga and recovery classes for men on their fitness journey. Her classes have complimented my strength workouts, helped me increase my range of motion, and maintain a reasonable level of flexibility.
Shoulders and back are on fire, core informed me that I am getting stronger, and as always, peace and gratitude are restored.
Yoga has been amazing for me, helping me stay grounded both physically and mentally. It supported my shoulder injury recovery (paired with PT), and every class leaves me feeling relaxed, energized, or both!

I recommend your class because it’s strength, stretching, and meditation all at the same time. The flow challenges me, the stretches loosen me up, and the mindfulness leaves me centered. I always walk away refreshed, energized, and in a really good mood.

JB is a gifted yoga teacher. I loved the slow build toward more difficult postures and the modification’s offered throughout class. Great class tonight!
That was a 10/10 on-demand session. I enjoyed the straight forward explanations & the moves. Sitting down and standing up without using my hands is something I want to work towards doing one day. Good suggestions too!
Wow! I thought i was eventually going to twist into a pretzel. That was amazing. I was dripping sweat all over my mat. It felt great. My thighs 😫 can certainly feel it. Yeah me, I did it!
